Foreign Worker Utilisation Plan Approval (RPTKA) — if you will employ foreign workers
Work KITAS — Limited Stay Visa and Limited Stay Permit for Employment — if that foreign worker needs to live and work in Indonesia
Investor Stay Permit (Investor KITAS — Limited Stay Permit for Foreign Investment) — if your presence rests on capital invested, not an employment relationship
Amendment of Articles of Association (PT PMA) — if you later add business fields, change capital, or replace directors
Foreign Company Representative Office (KP3A / KPPA) — if you only need a representative presence, not yet a trading entity
